MandiYard Privacy Policy

MandiYard ("we", "our", "us") provides mandi billing, ledger, master data, payment tracking, backup, and staff management tools for mandi operations. This Privacy Policy explains what information the app collects, how it is used, and how users can contact us.
Information We Collect
- Google account information used for sign-in, including your name, email address, and account identifier.
- Mandi profile information such as mandi name, owner name, owner email, address, contact number, commission settings, labour settings, charge rules, and charge exemptions.
- Business records entered by you or your staff, including farmers, traders, items, bill entries, receipts, transactions, and payment records.
- Operational and security information needed to run the app, such as authentication status, sync state, and usage-limit checks.
- Backup files that you choose to create, restore, or send by email.
How We Use Information
- To authenticate users and control access to the correct mandi.
- To store, sync, display, edit, and restore mandi records across devices.
- To generate receipts, ledgers, and billing summaries inside the app.
- To send backup emails to the mandi owner and the super admin mailbox when backup email features are configured.
- To maintain service security, rate limits, and app reliability.
Where Data Is Stored
MandiYard uses Google Firebase services, including Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Functions, and local on-device storage. Data may be stored temporarily on the device for offline use and synchronized with Firebase when connectivity is available.
Data Sharing
We do not sell personal or business data. Data is shared only as required to provide the service, including Google Firebase infrastructure and email delivery providers used to send backup emails. The support and super admin contact email for the app is mandiyard@gmail.com.
Security
We use authenticated access controls and encrypted network connections provided through Firebase and HTTPS. Access to mandi records depends on the signed-in user's permitted role.
Data Retention and Deletion
Data remains available until it is deleted by an authorized user or removed from project infrastructure. Mandi admins can delete entries and master data from within the app. Backup files created by the user remain wherever the user saves or sends them.
Your Choices
- You may stop using the app at any time.
- You may request deletion or correction of mandi information through an authorized admin account.
- You may choose whether to create, restore, or email backup files.
Children
MandiYard is not directed to children.
